At Ame_handmadesg, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our handmade fashion pieces and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email or Instagram DM with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return or exchange the item.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the handmade garment is unworn, unwashed, and still has all original tags attached before securely packaging it for transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send the package back to our Singapore studio using a trackable mailing service to ensure it arrives safely for processing.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a store credit or refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
